Responsibilities:
  • Managing the sales team, including recruitment and training of employees.
  • Implementing sales strategies and optimizing sales processes.
  • Analyzing the market and competitors to improve sales efficiency.
  • Implementing and managing CRM systems and sales automation tools.
  • Collaborating with the marketing department to develop sales strategies.
  • Monitoring sales performance and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques and data analysis skills.
  • Fluency in English - minimum B2+.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in the medical aesthetics or pharmaceutical sales industry is a plus.
