Sales Operations Manager Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the sales team, focusing on recruitment, training, and employee growth.
- Design and execute sales strategies, targeting key market segments and partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity, informing sales decisions.
- Implement and manage CRM systems and sales automation tools, streamlining sales processes.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to create cohesive sales strategies.
- Monitor sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the medical aesthetics or pharmaceutical sales industry.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, data analysis, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English (min. B2+ level).
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
