We are seeking a skilled Sales Growth Manager to drive our sales growth in Poland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for contacting and building relationships with restaurant partners, working towards mutually beneficial terms.

Main tasks include managing the sales funnel, processing leads, prospecting, cold calling, planning meetings, negotiating, and closing deals. You will also be the first point of contact for new partners, guiding them through onboarding and resolving operational issues.

Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in Sales or a related field, preferably in the food delivery industry.
  • Fluency in English and Polish, with strong communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
  • An analytical mindset and advanced understanding of leveraging tools to manage data, ideally with CRM experience.
