About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Office Assistant & HR Support to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing office supplies, welcoming visitors, coordinating with building management, and overseeing office maintenance tasks. You will also review supplier contracts, manage parking allocations, maintain cleanliness, and order business cards. Furthermore, you will organize appointments, conferences, and meetings, act as the first point of contact for local HR inquiries, support onboarding processes, and ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential, as well as strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across various divisions.
