About the Role:This is an excellent opportunity to join our EMEA & APAC Sourcing Team as a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for proactively identifying candidates through various sourcing techniques, mainly LinkedIn, and developing innovative recruitment marketing activities.
You will have access to cutting-edge recruitment tools & technology like Beamery, HireVue, and Recruiter LinkedIn Account. Our team was established in 2020 as part of a new in-house Talent Acquisition model, and we are now expanding our operations to support the EMEA & APAC regions.
Your main responsibilities will include sourcing candidates through direct sourcing (LinkedIn), internal database (Workday, Beamery), networking, and social media. You will also run the initial hiring stages, including phone screens and shortlisting candidates. Additionally, you will work closely with TA Specialists and Hiring Managers to ensure a clear understanding of skillsets, requirements, and experience needed for identified roles.
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual who can demonstrate strong candidate and customer focus, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills. If you are interested in working in a dynamic recruitment environment and are ready to learn, we encourage you to apply.
