Your Key Responsibilities:
- Create, renew, and terminate service contracts and extended warranties
- Modify existing contracts and extended warranties to ensure accurate pricing and billing information
- Verify customer entitlements and issue invoices and credit/debit notes as necessary
- Ensure timely closure of all service requests
- Develop and maintain high standards of telephone conversations and written communications with customers and service providers
About the Role:
This is a fixed-term contract position until September 2025. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer service or a similar field, fluency in English, and professional experience in fields related to customer service, supply chain, or accounting operations.
