Job Description

We are looking for a creative and analytical SEO/Content Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive content marketing strategy that drives engagement and conversions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the site blog and collaborate with copywriters to create high-quality content.
  • Work with site analysts to optimize page performance and improve user experience.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of our content marketing efforts and provide data-driven insights to inform future strategies.
  • Audit our site and develop a plan to increase leads and conversions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SEO and content marketing.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in SEO (internal, external, and technical).
  • Proficiency in Ahrefs, Semrush, and Screaming Frog tools.
  • Ability to analyze and report on processes and results.
  • Experience in team management.
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English or above.

Desired Skills

  • Knowledge of the German language.
  • Ability to work with content in different styles, including news and social media content.
  • Experience with Google Ads (drafting advertising texts and customization).
