Job Title: Learning Application Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Application Specialist to join our Learning Application Management team based in Gdynia, Poland. This is a hybrid role that requires a unique blend of technical and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide functional and technical 2nd level support for DNV HR applications, focusing on the Learning Management System.
  • Work with tickets based on requests from various stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Manage enhancement requests, determining requirements, solutions, and process- and IT- improvements.
  • Perform manual software testing to ensure the quality and stability of the LMS.
  • Configure the LMS to meet the needs of the organization.
  • Collaborate with other units in GSS IT, Business Areas, and the software provider to ensure seamless integration and support.
  • Participate in project tasks related to the LMS and integrated IT systems.
  • Ensure alignment of deliveries and services within the GSS IT Global Application.
  • Ensure the stability and performance of applications and services.
