International Operations Specialist

At Green Capital S.A., we are seeking a highly skilled International Operations Specialist to oversee daily operations across international markets in line with company goals.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate administrative support for international operations, ensuring seamless communication between teams and stakeholders.
  • Act as a point of contact for international subcontractors, coordinating document flow and facilitating collaboration with internal teams.
  • Oversee daily operations across international markets, aligning activities with company objectives and strategies.
  • Collaborate with foreign partners and stakeholders to ensure compliance with local regulations and policies.
  • Develop and implement operational protocols supporting sustainability initiatives, driving business growth and success.
  • Responsible for timely delivery of projects, ensuring quality standards and budget constraints are met.
  • Conduct market research on trends and regulatory changes in relevant countries, informing operational decisions.
  • Prepare and manage documents such as change orders, purchase orders, and service agreements.
  • Perform additional administrative and office management tasks, including business trip planning, office space management, and supply ordering.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative or similar role, with a strong background in international operations.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on process-driven efficiency.
  • Ideal candidate possesses a balanced approach, combining adaptability and a sense of improvisation with a process-driven mindset.
  • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English & Polish, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/ Google Workspace.
  • Sound knowledge of Trello, Asana, or similar tools, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with a high level of accuracy and reliability.
  • Familiarity with the renewable energy sector is a plus, but not required.
