Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solving and Support to Incidents and Problems: Provide prompt and effective resolution to technical issues affecting our customers.
- Support to Change Processes: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and monitor changes to our systems.
- Analyst Tasks: Conduct thorough analysis to identify maintenance requirements and develop plans to address them.
- Acting as Change Manager: Oversee the implementation of maintenance tasks, ensuring minimal disruption to our customers.
- Stakeholder Coordination and Communication: Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress and outcomes.
- Participation in On-Call Duties: Contribute to the on-call rotation, providing 24/7 support during critical periods.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Requirement Specification: Strong understanding of functional and non-functional requirements.
