We are currently seeking a high-performing Spare Parts Sales Engineer to join our Product Support Services team in Gdynia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing spare part quotations based on customer inquiries and technical recommendations, identifying spare parts, confirming and processing customer orders, and supporting customers throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of spare part quotations based on customer inquiries and technical recommendations;
  • Identification of spare parts;
  • Confirmation and processing of customer spare part orders;
  • Supporting customers through the whole process;
  • Collaboration with technical support, purchasing, logistics, warehouse, and sales representatives;
  • Monitoring progress in achieving goals and ensuring that sales targets and KPIs are met;
  • Collaboration with the Product Center in Kristinehamn, Sweden;
  • Continuous improvement and development of the spare parts sales process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a technical field, preferably mechanical engineering or marine engineering;
  • An understanding of the shipbuilding or engineering industry and the ability to read technical drawings;
  • Previous experience in the marine industry is considered an advantage; understanding the client's needs, identifying solutions required by the client;
  • Fluent spoken and written English;
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and deal with ambiguity and change;
  • Exercise judgment and act on own initiative;
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel;
  • Very good communication skills;
  • Structured, reliable, good networking, and collaboration skills.
