As an Administrative Coordinator at TN Poland, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations in our Wrocław office. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to handle various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- We are seeking a skilled professional to collect and distribute documentation, including invoices, data sheets, warranties, and manuals.
- The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the team, handling tasks such as ordering products, tracking purchases, managing vendor communication, returns, and warranties.
- This role involves handling customs clearance, completing forms, communicating with couriers, and managing duty payments.
- Additionally, you will be responsible for managing inventory, tracking stock levels, taking inventory, and organizing storage spaces.
- You will also receive parcels, picking up deliveries, unboxing, and distributing items among the team.
- In this role, you will organize business trips, booking flights, hotels, and transportation for the team and company guests.
- Lastly, you will host visitors and ensure a welcoming experience.
- Proven experience in administrative, office management, or procurement-related roles is essential.
- A strong background in organizational skills and attention to detail is required.
- The ideal candidate will have the ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Fluency in English and Polish (both written and spoken) is necessary.
- Proficiency in office software and administrative tools is required.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges are essential.
