We are currently looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Workday Consultant.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine business requirements
  • Design, develop, and implement Workday enhancements and projects
  • Optimize integrations, workflows, and custom reports
  • Coordinate unit and user acceptance testing for new Workday/HRIS features
  • Deliver user training and support during deployment and post-implementation phases
  • Analyze and enhance existing Workday processes
  • Resolve HRIS-related incidents and address priority issues efficiently
  • Provide strategic guidance on Workday solutions and contribute to HR technology roadmaps
  • Support HR projects and administer HR tools

About the Role

This role requires strong expertise in Workday configurations, integrations, and reporting, as well as a solid understanding of HR processes.

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as an HRIS/Workday Consultant
  • Strong expertise in Workday configurations, integrations, and reporting
  • Solid understanding of HR processes
  • Familiarity with IT service management methodologies (e.g., ITIL)
  • Experience with agile change management tools and methodologies (e.g., JIRA)

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
