**Job Description:**

The Procurement Global Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. This role involves managing teams of procurement operations leads, interacting with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and optimizing procurement processes while ensuring compliance with HERE policies and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage requisitions, contracts, purchase orders, and vendor profiles in accordance with HERE's policies and procedures.
  • Lead procurement operations teams in regions, providing coaching and mentoring to procurement specialists, resolving complex issues, managing escalations, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement innovative business solutions and enhancements to improve the procurement process and internal SLAs.
  • Ensure processes and systems are best configured to provide a user-friendly, efficient, and smooth customer experience, promoting customer-centricity in the team's culture.
  • Review internal key performance metrics and provide recommendations for process improvements, fostering customer centricity.
  • Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to procurement activities.
