About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth in the Czech and Slovak markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the real estate industry.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, ensuring alignment with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, client needs, and competitor activity.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in Real Estate, preferably in Facility, Property, or Asset Management related functions at large agencies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Fluency in Czech and English, with Polish being an advantage.
  • Digital native, proficient in MS Office, CRM, and other relevant systems.
  • Bachelor's degree or comparable education.
