The Inside Business Growth Manager will be responsible for managing and growing profitable business growth for the consumables & accessory business within given territory, meeting or exceeding quotas, and actively involved in Instrument and service lead generation. This role requires strong chemistry background, technical product knowledge, and ability to analyze and summarize competitor information and trends.
As part of the Inside Sales Team, you will be responsible for developing sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building reports, providing technical information and explanations, preparing quotations, and assessing competitors. You will also be expected to maintain and improve quality results by following standards, recommending improved policies and procedures, and updating job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities.
