We're seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team, driving growth and efficiency through data-driven decision-making. This role will focus on implementing tooling and designing data pipelines that collect, process, and analyze data from our payment systems, ensuring seamless operations and optimized conversion rates across entire customer funnels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Design: Develop robust data pipelines to extract and process transaction data from payment systems, enhancing data accessibility and quality.
  • Insights Generation: Analyze data to optimize conversion funnels, detect anomalies, and identify areas for improvement, leveraging business acumen and technical expertise.
  • AB Testing & Benchmarking: Conduct experiments and performance benchmarking to drive evidence-based changes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Analytical Tool Development: Create and improve tools to make data easily accessible for stakeholders, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.
  • Financial Analysis: Dive into transactional data to gain valuable insights and inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in payments or related industries, with a strong understanding of financial concepts.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) to extract and manage data, as well as knowledge of database structures and optimization.
  • Experience with data analysis & visualization tools like Metabase, Looker, PowerBI or similar BI tools.
  • Ability to design and manage data pipelines for smooth data flow, ensuring high-quality data delivery.
  • Experience in building analytical toolsets, with a focus on user-friendly interfaces and actionable insights.
  • Experience with Python, a strong programming language for data analysis.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights, driving informed decision-making.
  • Problem Solver: Eager to tackle challenges and make meaningful contributions, leveraging creative problem-solving skills.

What We Offer

$100,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits package including private medical care, flexible schedule, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
