We're seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst, also known as Data Insights Strategist, to join our team. In this role, you'll implement tooling and design data pipelines that collect, process, and analyze data from our payment systems. Your insights will help optimize conversion rates across entire customer funnels, detect anomalies, and identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pipeline Design: Build and maintain robust data pipelines to gather and process transaction data from payment systems.
  • Insights Generation: Analyze data to optimize conversion funnels, track anomalies on micro and macro scale, and recommend actions to enhance performance.
  • AB Testing & Benchmarking: Conduct experiments and performance benchmarking to drive evidence-based changes.
  • Analytical Tool Development: Create and improve tools to make data easily accessible for stakeholders.
  • Financial Analysis: Dive into transactional data for financial insights.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in data analysis, ideally in payments, open banking, or related industries.
  • Technical Skills:
  • SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) to extract and manage data.
  • Knowledge of database structures and optimization.
  • Data analysis & visualization tools like Metabase, Looker, PowerBI, or similar BI tools.
  • Ability to design and manage data pipelines for smooth data flow.
  • Experience in building analytical toolsets.
  • Python programming language.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Problem Solver: Eager to tackle challenges and make meaningful contributions.
  • Team Player: Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and translating technical data for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Ability to maintain productivity in a fast-changing environment.

Estimated Salary Range: €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
