About the Role: We are looking for a skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our Global Risk Analytics team in Financial Engineering. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to delivering strategic vision for the Financial Engineering infrastructure and related changes in response to regulatory and business requests.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the current and target states for the Financial Engineering Infrastructure and modelling processes.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to produce business requirements and specifications for modelling infrastructure tooling, innovation solutions, and other changes.
  • Support agile delivery and lead agile ceremonies as a Scrum Master.
  • Lead knowledge sharing with modelling teams on adoption of Financial Engineering coding excellence standards and support user trainings.
  • Define business/functional architecture for model execution and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with Financial Engineering Developers on various stages of model deployment.
  • Plan and carry out functional testing for changes.
  • Support analysis and resolution of production issues and users' model queries.

Requirements:

  • Degree in quantitative subject and 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking.
  • Strong background in business analysis within change delivery and proficiency in producing artefacts.
  • Agile ways of working expertise.
  • Intermediate proficiency in SQL, Python, and JIRA.
