We are seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce Key Account Manager to join our team at L'Oréal.
Job Description:- Analyze local e-commerce markets, key players, and develop business plans that drive growth and success.
- Negotiate and align joint business plans with existing and new e-business partners to meet strategic objectives.
- Organize visual merchandising and content marketing strategies aligned with brand priorities to increase online sales performance.
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Manage client profit and loss (P&L) statements, negotiate commercial terms within established budgets, and ensure effective financial management.
- Develop and implement annual e-commerce plans in line with the division's strategy to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate operational activities related to new product listings, marketplaces, and other e-commerce initiatives.
- Pursue opportunities to collaborate with main marketplaces and stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and best practices.
- Analyze competing brands and identify areas for improvement to enhance e-commerce business performance.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with a strategic approach to driving business results.
- Stay ahead of the curve with the latest e-commerce trends and have the ability to predict future developments.
- Analytical and result-oriented thinking, with excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Good planning and project management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in Polish and English languages.
- Experience working with big e-players and a proven track record of success.
- Knowledge of marketplaces, cooperation models, content, KPIs, and P&L will be an advantage.
