We are seeking an Administrative Specialist to join our team as an HR Services Coordinator. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the HR Function in various areas such as Training Administration, Recruiting Tool Support, Talent Management, and Travel Management.
As an HR Services Coordinator, you will perform data entry and maintenance in HR systems, prepare and maintain process documentation, participate in transition and implementation projects, offer process support and training for colleagues, serve as the point of contact for complex or escalated cases, raise ideas and take ownership of improving processes, and handle other ad-hoc HR administration tasks as needed.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have a college degree or HR-related qualification, professional experience in administration work, preferably in HR and/or Shared Service Center environment, and experience in transition projects. You will also possess knowledge and experience in MS Office usage (especially MS Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint), knowledge and experience in usage of ERP systems (i.e. SAP, Workday) and/or willingness to become familiar with new tools, very good Czech/Slovak and at least good English language skills, further language skills a plus, organizational talent with strong skills in communication, stakeholder management and customer orientation, open for change and dynamic working environment, able to work independently and with solution-oriented can-do approach, focused on high quality and continuous improvement.
