S3 Connected Health is seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our engineering and administrative staff.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT professional with a strong background in supporting Linux and Windows Server environments. You will be working closely with our development team to ensure that our service environments are running smoothly and efficiently.

As a Senior IT Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining and configuring development process support tools like Atlassian stack, Git, and SVN
  • Supporting hypervisor infrastructure and managing backups
  • Coordinating supplier purchasing requirements and ensuring timely delivery

In order to succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering
  • At least 2 years of experience in an IT support role
  • 1 year of experience in supporting Linux, preferably Red Hat
  • Experience with Atlassian or other vendor stack applications installed on-premises
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking with practical experience

You will also have excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
