Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide remote technical support to end-users, utilizing computer, IT devices, and software to resolve issues in assigned areas of competence.
  • Capture incidents, offer first-level contact, and convey resolutions to customer queries.
  • Guide customers through the problem-solving process, track, route, and redirect problems to relevant resources.
  • Elevate unresolved queries to the next level of support, adhering to the IT incident management process.
  • Update tickets, generate activity reports, and ensure proper recording, documentation, and closure.

Your Qualifications

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English (B2), with German being a desirable asset.
  • Experience in first- or second-level support.
  • IT generalist with a solid understanding of IT processes and infrastructure.
  • A solution-oriented approach to work.
  • Experience with ServiceNow (ticket/task processing).
  • Knowledge of Power BI and SQL Reporting Service.
  • Familiarity with common office tools.
  • Ideal candidates possess experience with agile working methods and project experience.
