As a key member of the INCAT Sp. z o.o. team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our business software. Your primary responsibility will be to provide day-to-day support to our customers, assisting them with their requests and enabling them to continue using our software reliably.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize all cases in the queue, handling multiple customer requests based on their impact and urgency.
  • Document activities on each case, providing pertinent information for our team and the customer until the issue is resolved.
  • Monitor and track existing support cases to ensure timely resolution within agreed SLA timeframes.
  • Escalate issues that impact clients and/or strategic initiatives, working closely with the development team to manage product releases and updates.
  • Contribute to the knowledge repository by creating articles when unknown issues are resolved, keeping existing articles up to date.
  • Identify and propose innovations to improve support for end-users, proactively reducing future support burden through identification of improvement opportunities, including content for self-help solutions.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a Service Desk area or similar support role (at least 6 months).
  • Proficient spoken and written Polish.
  • Proficient spoken and written English (B2 level minimum).
  • IT technical knowledge, including troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in software development life cycle, with the ability to read and understand application logs (desired).
  • Solid time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Customer-oriented, with a positive, enthusiastic, and "can-do" attitude.
  • Active contributor to team activities, sharing knowledge, experience, and ideas.
  • Teamwork attitude, with the ability to work independently and take own initiatives.
