We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiting Administrator with German to join our international recruiting team at Helprise, one of the fastest-growing outsourcing and consultancy firms.

Job Overview: As an HR Recruiting Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth recruitment processes across different markets. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating and managing various stages of the recruitment process, preparing and maintaining recruitment-related documents, and communicating with candidates and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support: Coordinate and manage various stages of the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, managing applicant tracking systems, and communicating with candidates.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain recruitment-related documents such as contracts, offer letters, and other HR paperwork.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for German-speaking candidates and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by responding to inquiries promptly, providing updates, and guiding candidates through the hiring process.
  • Data Management: Keep recruitment databases updated and provide accurate reporting on recruitment metrics.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the HR and Talent Acquisition teams to support recruitment projects, improve processes, and deliver high-quality service.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with company policies, local labor laws, and data protection regulations.

Requirements:

  • Fulfillment of roles requires fluency in German (C1/C2 level) and English (B2+ level).
  • Prior experience in recruitment administration or HR-related roles is desired.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities are essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially when dealing with candidates and hiring managers, are required.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to providing an excellent candidate experience are crucial.
