HR Recruiter Specialist with German Language Expertise

As an experienced HR Recruiting Administrator with German, you will play a crucial role in our international recruiting team, ensuring smooth processes and exceptional candidate experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.

Prepare and maintain recruitment documentation, such as contracts and offer letters.

Serve as the primary point of contact for German-speaking candidates and stakeholders, guaranteeing clear communication throughout the recruitment process.

Ensure a positive candidate experience by responding to inquiries promptly and guiding candidates through the hiring process.

Collaborate with the HR and Talent Acquisition teams to support recruitment projects and improve processes.

Ensure compliance with company policies, local labor laws, and data protection regulations.

Requirements:

Fluency in German (C1/C2 level) and English (B2+ level).

Previous experience in recruitment administration or HR-related roles.

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially when dealing with candidates and hiring managers.

Attention to detail and commitment to providing an excellent candidate experience.

Ability to work in a hybrid system (3 days from the office in Wroclaw).
