About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team at IBM Polska Sp. z o.o.

As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for coordinating logistics, scheduling, and travel arrangements for interviews with candidates and the interviewing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support requisition creation and approval process, including posting job adverts on relevant sourcing channels as needed.
  • Generate and send offer letters/packages to selected candidates, ensuring all required internal approvals are in place.
  • Initiate pre-employment checks, including liaison with third-party vendors.
  • Resolve any variations with candidates and third-party vendors during the pre-employment check process.
  • Ensure all parties are updated on candidate offer acceptance and progress through each stage of the background verification and onboarding process.
  • Contribute to high client satisfaction levels by providing excellent service and promoting positive NPS scores, references, and case studies from our clients.
  • Maintain accurate records and update systems as required.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
  • Previous experience within HR or Recruitment administration is essential.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and MS Office is mandatory.
  • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills are crucial for this role.
  • Fluency in English is a requirement, with good working knowledge of Dutch also desired.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is 21341293 PLN per annum, reflecting the level of expertise and responsibilities required for this role.
