Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment efforts in the Polish market. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you'll be responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a great candidate journey, and presenting QIAGEN as the employer of choice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full Cycle Recruitment: Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for selected positions on the Polish market, mainly entry positions and civil contracts.
  • Employer of Choice: Ensure a great candidate journey, starting at the job ad, managing and conducting interviews, and being in charge of contract negotiations with the candidate.
  • Local Activities: Support in organizing and executing local employer branding activities, such as job fairs, company presentations, and internal events.
  • Global Projects: Participate in projects with a global reach to further strengthen our Talent Acquisition strategy.

Requirements

  • University degree in business administration or a related field or working experience in a customer-facing position.
  • Ideal experience in recruiting, either through working for an agency or a bigger company.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire candidates and internal stakeholders in English and Polish.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
