We are seeking an ITMO professional with a focus on training programs to join our Group Technology & Operations (GTO) Capability Building Team. As a Data Analyst & Learning Administrator, you will be responsible for building and administering training programs, managing operational processes, and providing reporting services.

About the Job:

You will work closely with the team to design and implement training programs that meet the needs of our learners. You will also be responsible for collecting, organizing, and studying data to present meaningful findings and design data models for business decision-making, offer data visualizations and storytelling, and troubleshoot data solution issues (with internal coaching).

Requirements:

  • Min. 2-3 years of experience in learning & development operations.
  • Experienced in Data Reporting and Analytics (advanced in Excel).
  • Ability to work in a virtual team with a high level of autonomy.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the confidence to deal with stakeholders.
  • Experience with Agile Ways of Working or the desire and mindset to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and O365.
