About the Job

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working collaboratively in a cross-functional, global team and has excellent communication and organizational skills.

You will work closely with Regional business teams, trainers, and onsite personnel to ensure an efficient training delivery process and compliant documentation.

The ideal candidate will have experience in training operations or administration, demonstrated coordination and project management skills, and knowledge of modern Learning Management Systems (LMS).

You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Training Administration
  • Coordinating and administering training programs
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Providing support to learners, trainers, and managers
LMS Management
  • Administering and maintaining the LMS
  • Setting up and managing learning paths
  • Uploading and managing documents
Communication and Collaboration
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams
