About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the coordination of training calendars and learning programs globally. You will work closely with stakeholders at all business levels to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Additionally, you will manage a small team and be responsible for timely and accurate processing of end-to-end training management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be responsible for coordinating training schedules and ensuring timely delivery of training programs.
  • Work with designated stakeholders to gather and finalize commitments to meet contractual thresholds.
  • Maintain day-to-day L&D administration of implemented contracts (reporting, resolving minor issues, re-directing queries to proper sources, etc.).
  • Handle regular communication with stakeholders and build relationships for future deliveries.
  • Develop, mentor, and coach Junior Learning Administrators.
Requirements
  • At least a Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven project & stakeholder management skills applied in a business/corporate environment.
  • Previous team management experience.
  • Problem-solving and business acumen skills.
  • Strong analytical skills for reporting.
  • Very good verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ideally previous experience in HR area.
