Sales Development Representative in E-commerce

Job Description

As a Sales Consultant at Cloudflight, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Actively prospecting new clients on the market willing to change their e-commerce technology or provider.
  • Tracking the market, building a network, and actively seeking new partnerships to identify business opportunities.
  • Leading the entire sales process, starting from identifying and qualifying opportunities to closing deals.
  • Acquiring an in-depth understanding of customers' businesses, workflows, and challenges.
  • Collaborating with colleagues from different functions to drive the sales process.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience in prospecting, social media presence, and cold outreach via mail, phone, and social media.
  • An ability to manage complex sales cycles from start to finish with a strong track record of success.
  • A consultative approach to sales.
  • Experience in selling environments for mid-organizations (experience in selling for enterprises would be a plus).
  • Experience with complex pursuit processes, proposal development, and presentations that win new business.
  • An understanding of sales methodologies and qualification tools.
  • An ability to maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data.
  • Excellent verbal and written presentational and communication skills in English (German - would be a plus).
