Job Title: Expert Labour Law Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Labour Law Specialist to join our team at ERBACHER Food Family.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and experienced labour law specialist to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Labour Law Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on German and international labour law issues to our various companies within the ERBACHER food family.

You will support our HR department and management in interpreting and applying labour law in different jurisdictions, developing and reviewing internal policies and HR compliance.

Your responsibilities will include drafting and reviewing international model employment contracts and other labour law documents, resolving disputes and managing risks, conducting training for managers and HR teams on international labour law issues, and promoting awareness of legal regulations and risks within our organisation.

We require a strong understanding of German and international labour law and compliance, as well as experience working as an in-house corporate lawyer.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need a law degree with specialisation in labour law, practical experience and well-founded knowledge in German and international labour law and compliance.

Additionally, you will have experience working as an in-house corporate lawyer, excellent communication skills, a very good command of English (C1) and German (minimum B2), and strong organisational and analytical skills.

You will also have the ability to work in a global, multicultural team and possess professionalism and self-reliance in carrying out tasks.
