Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Labour Law Expert to join our team in Poland. As a Labor Lawyer for International Companies, you will provide legal advice on German and international labour law issues to support various companies within our food family.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing legal guidance on labour law matters, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
  • Supporting the HR department and management in interpreting and applying labour law in different jurisdictions.
  • Drafting and reviewing international model employment contracts and other labour law documents.
  • Dispute resolution and risk management.
  • Conducting training sessions for managers and HR teams on international labour law issues.
  • Promoting awareness of legal regulations and risks within the organisation.
  • Monitoring and adjusting changes in legislation.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Law degree with specialization in labour law.
  • Practical experience and well-founded knowledge in German and international labour law and compliance.
  • Experience as an in-house corporate lawyer, ideally 2-5 years.
  • A very good command of English (C1) and German (minimum B2).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work in a global, multicultural team.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, including critical problem-solving ability.
  • Professionalism and self-reliance in carrying out tasks.
