We're looking for a highly skilled Senior Credit Operations Expert to join our team at John Deere Bank in Poznań, Poland. As a key member of our financial department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our credit activities.

Job Description:
  • Respond to customer and dealer requests, providing exceptional customer support and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Review and control credit documentation for incoming credit applications, ensuring compliance with our policies and procedures.
  • Monitor customer financing repayment, including cash collection, past due management, and write-off.
  • Provide credit processing support to country credit underwriting teams, helping to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Prepare and review reports and exhibits, both internal and external, to ensure accurate and timely information is available to stakeholders.
  • Develop close partnerships with stakeholders from each retail portfolio country, ensuring seamless quality control for client data.
  • Continuously seek improvements in processes and their implementation in our systems, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Coach, train, and mentor junior team members, helping them develop their skills and expertise.
  • Participate in regional projects, contributing to the development of new initiatives and strategies.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in finance, preferably in banking, wholesale/retail credit analysis, or underwriting.
  • Excellent customer interaction skills, with the ability to handle complaints and remain calm under pressure.
  • The capacity to work to tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to multitask and take ownership in challenging situations, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • An effective team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English is essential, with German and/or Spanish considered a strong advantage.
  • A university degree in a finance- or business-related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a significant advantage.
