• Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and in-person at our branch.
• Prepare reports and analyses to support business decisions.
• Manage reverse document services and process cash-on-delivery payments.

Requirements:

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
• Basic knowledge of English language (A2 level or higher).
