Operational Support Agent
Location: Suwałki
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a team to achieve high-quality office work
- Monitor shipment histories and explain discrepancies
- Provide customer support (phone, email, and in-person) with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality standards
- Prepare reports and summaries
- Manage return document services
- Process shipments with cash on delivery and cash invoices
Candidate Profile:
- Excellent self-organization skills
- Strong commitment to task completion
- Ability to work with subcontractors
- Teamwork and quick learning skills
- Good computer skills and MS Office proficiency
- English language skills (A2 level or higher) are a plus
