Job Description:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service delivery.
  • Monitor shipment history and resolve discrepancies to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions, focusing on customer satisfaction and standardization.
  • Prepare reports and analytics to inform business decisions and drive improvement.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
