Our Global Mobility Business Partner Manager will play a crucial role in shaping the future of mobility and driving innovation within our organization.

The successful candidate will have a solid background in Global Mobility management and administration, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a multinational organization. They will be responsible for leading key activities throughout the assignment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience for assignees across 60+ countries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assignee Lifecycle Management: The Global Mobility Business Partner Manager will own the onboarding/offboarding process from A to Z, ensuring a seamless experience every step of the way.
  • Mobility Programs Management: This role will be responsible for developing and implementing mobility programs that align with business strategy and meet the evolving needs of assignees.
  • Business Partnering & Customer Service: The successful candidate will serve as the bridge between home/host entities and regional P&C teams, ensuring smooth execution of programs and policy compliance.
  • Global Mobility Initiatives & Projects: This role will lead special projects and reviews that keep our mobility programs aligned with business strategy and evolving assignee needs.

Within 12 months, the Global Mobility Business Partner Manager will take their career to the next level in a fast-paced, dynamic multi-national environment and elevate their expertise in Global Mobility to drive innovation and transform our processes for maximum impact.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience in global mobility).
  • 5+ years of P&C experience, with expertise in Global Mobility management and administration within a multinational organization.
  • Solid understanding of global tax, social security, and relocation processes.
  • Fluent in English (written & verbal); additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications and SAP HR; experience with AssignmentPro is a plus.
  • Deep knowledge of mobility processes, policies, and terminology.
