Job Description

This role is perfect for a seasoned account director looking to take on new challenges and drive business growth in the Croatian market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in client-facing roles and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Developing and executing targeted sales strategies to increase revenue and customer lifetime value
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with high-value customers through proactive communication and issue resolution
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to customers on our products and services
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the software development or digital solutions industry
  • Excellent written and spoken proficiency in English and Croatian
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
