Process Mining Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Mining Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in improving our company's internal processes.

• You will work closely with high-level stakeholders across our organization to assess, examine, and validate business processes using process mining tools for optimization purposes.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify process-related challenges and develop effective solutions.
• Communicate complex process data insights with stakeholders and propose improvements and optimizations.
• Facilitate training and coaching sessions for stakeholders on process mining tool usage.
• Develop and implement process mining strategies and create a roadmap for successful implementation.
• Monitor and report regularly on the status of process management activities.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in process mining, data analysis, or a similar field.
• Proven experience using process mining tools such as Celonis, ABBY Timeline, or others.
• Compelling analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
• Fluency in English to communicate effectively with different department stakeholders.
• Strong presentation skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• The ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
