Job Title: BI Reporting Manager

At Ecolab, we are seeking a highly skilled BI Reporting Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Finance team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining our business intelligence reporting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain reports and analytical tools to support management decision-making and improve visibility for our FP&A and Commercial Finance teams.
  • Drive master data clean-up and ensure data accuracy across ERPs systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and align key business dashboards and reports.
  • Provide financial support throughout the product lifecycle, from innovation to portfolio rationalization.
  • Build and produce monthly business performance overviews and communicate results to global, European, and local business partners.
  • Deliver analytical support for product phase-in/phase-out processes and drive ad-hoc financial analyses.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial finance, forecasting, planning, and financial management reporting in a multinational company.
  • Master's degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with databases and information systems.
  • Advanced skillset in Power BI and project management skills.
  • Self-motivated and team player with excellent communication skills.
