Senior FP&A Controller

Join Goldman Recruitment in our search for a highly skilled Senior FP&A Controller to support our client, a leading international company in the sanitation and infection prevention solutions industry.

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned financial professional to partner with business unit leaders, account managers, and finance teams to provide comprehensive financial support. The ideal candidate will analyze deals, contracts, and P&Ls to ensure profitability to the business unit, support pricing strategies across the organization, and build strong relationships with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business unit leaders to provide financial support and analysis
  • Analyze deals, contracts, and P&Ls to ensure profitability
  • Support pricing strategies across the organization
  • Build strong relationships with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams
  • Manage contract incentives, including customer rebates and payment programs
  • Identify process improvement initiatives within the finance department
  • Guide the implementation of contract management strategies and control the customer portfolio lifecycle

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in commercial finance, with expertise in forecasting, planning, and financial management reporting
  • Strong knowledge of revenue, pricing, margin analysis, and related financial concepts
  • A completed or ongoing professional accounting certification (ACCA, CIMA) would be a plus
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to organize large datasets into actionable insights
  • Results-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to complex business models and systems
  • Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to navigate complex situations with effective communication
