Job Title: Division Financial Controller

As a Division Financial Controller at Ecolab, you will play a critical role in providing business partnering support to senior stakeholders, including country General Managers and commercial teams. Your primary responsibility will be to control the country and division P&L, delivering insightful and actionable analysis to support efficient and effective management of financial resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide business partnering support to senior stakeholders, including country General Managers and commercial teams.
  • Control P&L for the country and division, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Deliver insightful and actionable analysis to support efficient and effective management of financial resources.
  • Support R&O forecast, yearly plan, and sensitivity scenarios.
  • Perform advanced analytics to drive business decisions.
  • Communicate and influence across business partners, including Ecolab functions, market representatives, Supply Chain, and others.
  • Prepare presentation materials to support Sr. Leadership in business planning, strategic review meetings, and monthly financial reviews.
  • Provide strategic financial advisory services in areas such as pricing strategy and execution, rebate analysis, capital investment, and more.
What You Will Need:
  • Proactive Can-Do Attitude with a willingness to learn and understand complex business models and systems.
  • 7+ years of relevant work experience in audit, controlling, or planning and financial management reporting in a multinational company.
  • Commercial orientation and knowledge of financial processes in industry and business understanding behind financial numbers.
  • Experience in business unit P&L management desired but not mandatory.
  • Master's degree in finance/Accounting. If undergraduate studies are not in finance, an accounting certification (ACCA, CIMA) in progress or completed preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to organize and synthesize large amounts of data into meaningful analysis.
  • Excellent Excel modeling skills.
  • A self-motivated and high-energy individual who thrives in an environment characterized by growth, change, and opportunity.
  • English fluency mandatory, strong communication skills recommended.
