Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Sanctions Expert to join our team at emagine as a key member in delivering top-notch compliance training.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of sanctions regulations, enforcement actions, and the ability to communicate complex topics clearly to diverse audiences.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in developing and delivering sanctions training programs. You will work closely with our Sanctions Training Manager to create engaging and informative content that meets stakeholder needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver six core Circumvention and Evasion (C&E) training modules focusing on industry best practices and regulatory expectations.
  • Record and assign training sessions to relevant teams or individuals ensuring seamless implementation and tracking progress.
  • Prepare effectiveness reports detailing training outcomes and areas for improvement.
  • Address specific case study questions and provide expert sanctions guidance to support business decisions.
  • SUPPORT THE SANCTIONS TRAINING MANAGER IN MANAGING COMPETING PRIORITIES AND ENSURING TRAINING MATERIALS ALIGN WITH STAKEHOLDER FEEDBACK AND REGULATORY EXPECTATIONS.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Sanctions SME with in-depth knowledge of sanctions regulations and enforcement actions.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to communicate complex sanctions topics clearly and effectively to a diverse audience.
  • Previous experience in developing or delivering sanctions training programs is a plus.
  • Experience in a banking or financial services environment is advantageous.
