About the Job

The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT operations, with experience in managing and maintaining complex systems and applications.

You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, resolving problems, and implementing changes to ensure optimal system performance.

Additionally, you will work closely with stakeholders to communicate changes and provide support as needed.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and tasks, including maintenance requirements, change management, and stakeholder coordination.

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to system and application performance.
  • Implement changes and updates to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to communicate changes and provide support as needed.
  • Maintain and monitor applications, identifying and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
  • Develop and implement scripts using Powershell automation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience with Oracle SQL queries and Windows Server administration.
  • Knowledge of monitoring solutions and tools such as Helix and Confluence.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
