The TN Poland Project Management Office (PMO) is announcing an opening for the position of Engagement Manager.

This role plays a key part in the bid management process and is a crucial stakeholder during project delivery.

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our bid management process and support building a winning sales strategy.

Your Role
  1. You will be responsible for presales quality and efficiency, ensuring that our bids meet the company's standards and methodologies.
  2. You will develop customer/subcontractor/vendor relationships, providing consultation to clients and project teams regarding technology, solutions, and implementation approaches during presales and delivery stages.
  3. You will work as a Presales Community Leader, developing presales standards, and improving the competencies of key people involved in the bid management process.
  4. If necessary, you may act as a Delivery Manager in the initial project or service delivery phase.
  5. You will supervise and support the delivery process, with PMO performing project audits for incompatibility and threat identification, promoting effective teamwork.
  6. You will address customer issues and work with sales teams to generate new business.
  7. You will participate in conferences to promote the maturity and potential of Sii.
Your Skills
  • A Master's degree in computer science, business administration, or equivalent educational or professional experience and qualifications.
  • A minimum of 10 years of in-depth experience in presales and delivery of IT solutions at the enterprise level.
  • Knowledge of public procurement law and experience from participation in public tender will be an additional advantage.
  • Excellent ability to analyze customer's needs and requirements.
  • Familiarity with negotiation techniques.
  • Ability to drive teams to have motivation and passion for complex and difficult presales and delivery processes.
  • Can-do attitude, natural passion, and ability to establish good, positive relationships with people.
  • Very good command of English and Polish.
  • Fluent in German will be an advantage.
