Job Title: Marketing Strategist

About I.D.C POLONIA S.A. KRAKÓW

We are a leading FMCG company seeking an experienced Marketing Strategist to join our marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage people within the team and their development
  • Lead the management of subordinate product brands on the domestic market
  • Develop concepts for new product lines, products, and packaging, and optimize the existing portfolio
  • Prepare marketing plans, implement, and be responsible for the calendar of activities
  • Co-create and implement advertising campaigns – cooperate with external agencies, media houses, and graphic designers
  • Ongoing market monitoring, analysis of consumer behavior, and competitors' activities
  • Market analysis in terms of consumer needs to develop the portfolio
  • Initiate and supervise marketing research
  • Plan and ongoing budget settlement
  • Negotiate agency agreements within specific budgets
  • Implement marketing research in cooperation with the Company's Head Office
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Min 3 years of experience in a similar position in the marketing department in the FMCG industry
  • Knowledge of English at a communicative level of at least B2 (constant contact with the Company's Head Office)
  • Higher education – preferred majors are marketing, economics
  • Experience in preparing ATL, BTL marketing strategies
  • Experience in the development of new products and NPD categories
  • Commitment, creativity, communication skills, and highly developed negotiation skills
  • Analytical thinking skills and openness to new, non-standard solutions
  • Active driving license category 'B' – readiness for business trips
