About the Position:

The Talent Attraction Manager will collaborate closely with Senior Leadership, functional stakeholders, and People & Culture teams to design, lead, and execute external talent attraction initiatives. This includes managing a continuous pipeline of top talent, addressing both immediate hiring needs and long-term business goals.

You'll assess, segment, and maintain the external candidate database based on prioritization needs. Additionally, you'll develop and nurture strong relationships with both active and passive candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and other channels.

  5. General Support for Talent Acquisition (TA) GBS Function
  6. Metrics and Reporting

As a Talent Attraction Manager, you'll be responsible for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing regular updates on the evolution and quality of external talent pools.

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 5-10 years of experience in multinational organizations, with up to 5 years specializing in recruiting for managerial and leadership positions.
  3. Previous experience in a recruitment agency environment is a plus.

You'll have strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and a proactive approach to recruitment. Excellent networking and stakeholder management skills are essential. Proficiency in project management, HR processes, and sourcing tools is required.
