Lead ADAS Tool Development

Aptiv seeks a highly organized Product Management Specialist to lead the development of ADAS tools for autonomous driving systems. The ideal candidate will oversee the creation of various tools that engineers use to develop Active Safety solutions for the automotive industry.

Your Role:

  • Prioritize and refine the product backlog in cooperation with engineering to design and build the product.
  • Communicate with the customer to understand their expectations.
  • Analyze technical and business requirements.
  • Establish and monitor performance metrics.
  • Communicate project status to product management and executives.
  • Lead the scrum/team meeting and check the implementation status.

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of software engineering tools supporting the product development process.
  • Ability to communicate technical project aspects with the team.
  • Successful collaboration with the team of software development Engineers, Project Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, System Leads, and Architects.
  • Excellent 360-degree communication and teamwork skills.
  • Expertise in Scrum-based agile engineering methodology.
  • Recommended experience as a product owner, systems engineer, software lead, or architect.
  • Experience in working with Git, Jira, Confluence, or Polarion.

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience in C++, Python, JavaScript, or other high-level development languages.
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in engineering or science, e.g., electronics, telecommunications, robotics, software engineering, computer science, physics.
  • Camera-based computer vision systems.
